“I have certainly found the process to date extremely valuable. I think the biggest attribute is the “peace of mind” that the process provides to the purchaser – knowing that someone who knows what they are doing is on your side, and that you have immediate access to legal advice as you are working through the negotiation stage up to the point in time when the purchaser’s offer is accepted by the vendor.
In my case, everything seemed to happen very quickly, once I had made the decision to put an offer on the property, yet you were able to provide the advice and documentation “at the drop of a hat” – very impressive and very comforting.
While I did experience some negative feedback from the real estate agent when I walked in with your documents as the basis of my offer, with the information you had provided to me I was able to easily deal with this reaction by simply stating that “yes, I am making the offer on these conditions” even though the agent initially was quite insistent that we should use the forms they had prepared.
I certainly view this service as value for money and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone who was looking at buying a property.
