“I would just like to acknowledge the excellent and very professional service that I received from your firm and in particular from two of your employees, Leonie Tonkin and Nicole Scott when I was getting both pre-purchase advice for 3 houses and completing pre-settlement requirements for the property I eventually purchased.  Every question that I raised was not only answered and explained in clear, non-legal language, which made it very easy for a layman like myself to understand, but also the responses came immediately, a crucial factor in making house-purchasing decisions.

In addition to this excellent on-line service, I also received just as good personal attention from Leonie, who was able to fit me in for an appointment at the last minute. I was particularly impressed by how well prepared she was for the meeting with all the relevant files and legal clauses marked for ease of access. This was in contrast to a firm of “city lawyers” who were handling an overseas transaction for me and who appeared to be quite behind the ball and not terribly interested in meeting deadlines.

Another factor that made your service really stand out was that I was able to ring Peter Mericka for some advice on bidding at an auction and had I wished he would have spoken with me on the day of the auction. This was not necessary but it was reassuring to know that I did have access to legal advice.

Lastly, I’d like to compliment you on your website. It was very very useful particularly for a first home buyer like myself.
